One of the key highlights of this year’s Congress is the launch of a historic fundraising campaign to construct the Afro-Arab Youth Council Headquarters, a multi-billion-dollar project that will symbolize unity and innovation between the two regions.

According to organizers, the state-of-the-art complex will comprise an ultra-modern office building, a University of Science and Technology, a Cultural Center for Africa and the Arab world, a three-star hotel, and a multi-purpose stadium—all designed to foster knowledge exchange, cultural integration, and youth entrepreneurship.

Uganda continues to play a central role in advancing the Afro-Arab Youth agenda, as the host of the AAYC Secretariat under the Office of the President. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni serves as the Patron of the organization, a position that underscores Uganda’s long-standing commitment to Pan-Africanism and South–South cooperation.

The Congress will run until [insert closing date], featuring plenary sessions, exhibitions, cultural performances, and bilateral meetings aimed at building stronger ties between Africa and the Arab world through youth-driven development.
